I strongly advise against relying on this service. They seem skilled at crafting responses to criticism, which suggests they receive a lot of it.
They supplied a candidate with a seemingly impressive CV, but upon further investigation, we found it to be misleading in several aspects. When we brought this to their attention, their response was that it was our duty to verify the CV. Unfortunately, the eight-week window to replace the individual had already passed, meaning they kept the £5k fee despite their lack of competence. If we are responsible for checking the CV, what exactly are they doing for their fee? Perhaps they are just recycling the same candidates.
