The products and service are top notch. I don't think there is another brand that even comes close to the options that Stahls offers. My only complaint is that parts of the website are very difficult to navigate. Specifically, it's very hard to find my designs as there doesn't seem to be a direct link to them
We acquired a heat press and encountered serious problems within the first year of use. The main power supply wire overheated, leading to a complete malfunction of the machine. Given the cost of this equipment, this is simply unacceptable.
To make matters worse, the customer support from the company was lacking. Even though the unit was under warranty, we were informed that all warranty repairs had to be handled by us. They refused to send a technician. It is unreasonable and potentially unsafe to expect customers to troubleshoot significant electrical failures on such an expensive commercial machine.
Between the equipment malfunction and the inadequate warranty support, this has been a frustrating experience overall. We do not recommend this machine and strongly advise others to think carefully about the level of support they might receive after purchase.
It is hoped that the company reevaluates their warranty policies and starts dispatching qualified technicians for warranty repairs, especially for high-end equipment like this. This is a safety concern that the company does not seem to take seriously.
I'm a huge fan of this service! The products are excellent, and the customer support is outstanding. A relative introduced me, and I can see why they’ve been a loyal customer for over a decade. I plan to remain a long-term client as well!
After over 30 years of business with this company, I’m always impressed by how they simplify things for us. The staff is knowledgeable, polite, and goes above and beyond to assist with any questions or issues. I never feel like I'm a nuisance. They truly set the standard in garment decoration.
