Give me a few days to compose but I have a juicy one coming up about my dark journey thru the midas maze of work performed or should say not performed over a 5 overnight trip adventure to and from their shop attempting to get my car fixed for a draw on my battery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Well here we go. Battery going dead so I bought a new one from Autozone. Battery still went dead so I took it to Midas. They said they would have to hook up the diagnostic machine up for $99 I said alright. Here is when the fun started. Nothing showed up which he said was normal for older cars. Why even hook it up then. Then they said the battery was bad so we got a new one from Autozone. Took it home dead battery next day. Took it back they said that battery was bad installed another took it home next day battery was dead. Took back in they said dome lights bad put in new ones took it home dead once again. This went on for four or five times. Each trip was overnight requiring my wife to pick me up before I said enough was enough. Took car home called Midas owner about a refund and he said the alternator was bad and wanted to charge me another two or three hundred to replace it. Unbelievable, the car is in my garage and he can tell the alternator is bad and didn't even have to look at it. He is good. The car only has 95000 miles on it. Ended up taking car to my normal real mechanic in Shakopee and in about a hour he found the door switch needed cleaning, bingo fixed for $183 dollars!!!!!!!!!!!!!Paid $430 to Midas for exactly nothing except guessing what was wrong. You be the judge! IF YOUR CAR BREAKS DOWN IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING PUSH IT DOWN THE STREET!!!!!!!
Well I went to Midas on nellis and the man that was working in office name is Tory he was very pleasant and treated all customers extremely well....I been going to Midas on rancho but since Tory did exceptionally well I will be always going to Midas on Nellis...thank you Tory u made my day
The team seems to lack understanding of what they're doing. I returned multiple times only to be told I needed additional repairs. After spending a significant amount, my vehicle still doesn't run. Each suggestion for a fix just leads to more problems. I highly advise avoiding this place.

I brought 4 Hankook tries with the extra roadside hazard coverage at the Midas on Route 9 in Woodbridge NJ in Nov 2023 (Mike was the salesman then and he was a great sales rep) and the tires purchased were rated for 50k miles…. In Nov 2025 Midas wouldn’t honor patching one of the tires because they said the tread was too low on one tire although we put less than 30k on those in the 2 years. They were pushing for me to spend $1100 on new tires instead of simple patching. I decided to just buy new tires else were for $750…. I rather avoid dealing with a dishonest company that encourage their employees to push new tire sales when they aren’t necessary. I encourage everyone to shop around as there’s a ton of alternatives within a 3 mile radius that have better sales practices and actually honor their road side hazard warranty.
Last time I went to Midas in Haverstraw, it was a good experience. Was taken, without appointment, for a car inspection. Service was quick and accommodating. Now that my wife needed her car inspected I decided to go there again. This time, even though they had no business going on at the time, I was told to make an appointment for 2 hours later so I did. When I did get it done though, the crook charged me $37 for a $10 inspection. The dummy gave me the wrong receipt and I paid cash so I didn't go back for a refund. Guess it's a weekend thing, but was nothing like when I went their last time. I was just charged $10 that time.
