I love all the locations and easy access on the motorways but would like a better rate, even in the GRIDSERVE Plus membership, it is still a bit much.

Increase in charger availability is impressive, although we faced a wait while departing.

The increase in the number of chargers is commendable, though we encountered a queue as we were leaving. The charger initially reported an issue when we tried using the app and card account, but it successfully worked the second time with Apple Pay after holding the connector against the car socket.

I encountered a challenging situation at the motorway services while using the electric charging unit as a lone disabled driver. It was quite distressing, but thanks to the professionalism of a representative on the phone, I received the help needed to get my car charging. With her reassurance and understanding, I was soon able to leave the vehicle and enjoy a warm cup of tea. I am truly grateful for the assistance.

Good chargers, but pricing is high.

I enjoy using these chargers. The bays are well organized, the displays are clear, and the cables are easy to handle. The app is user-friendly, and payment processes quickly. However, at 89p per kWh, the cost is excessive, leading me to seek better value elsewhere. Additionally, I'm not fond of the £30 hold on my card each time!
