Do not order from this website. They are a scam! I ordered a suit in the beginning on November and it came after a whole month. Non of their claims about fast arrivals are accurate. More over, they took weeks to even respond and after they finally responded are refusing to send me a return label. I requested a return BEFORE THE ITEM EVEN ARRIVED and they refused a return, I then requested a return again once it arrived (the suit is the worse quality I have ever seen on clothes and it it several sizes too small!!!!) It comes from China not America like they claim either. It's a full blown scam and I will start legal proceedings after the holidays to try and shut them down.
I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The quality of the material is poor, the workmanship is unacceptable, and the fit is completely wrong. The product does not match how it is advertised in any way.What makes this worse is the resistance to issuing a straightforward return. As a customer I should not be pressured or delayed when a product is clearly substandard. I did not receive what I paid for and I should not have to justify refusing a product that fails basic quality expectations.If you value quality, transparency and customer service, I strongly advise you to think twice before ordering from this seller. This was a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this product to anyone.
I ordered several items from Miesuit and the quality was far below expectations. Multiple pieces arrived with defects: loose threads, uneven stitching, fabric pulls, and one jacket that had a visible black mark straight out of the package. On top of that, the pants hae an elastic waistband designed like something for a toddler in diapers, not an adult garment. The fit on multiple pieces did not match the sizing chart.I followed the return policy exactly as written on their website, which allows returns for quality issues and size problems. Instead of simply providing the return instructions, the company repeatedly pushed partial refund offers of 20 percent and then 50 percent, even though the items arrived with clear defects and unusable design.It took several messages just to move forward with the standard return that their own policy already permits. The process felt structured to discourage returns rather than resolve legitimate product problems.Based on my experience, I would not order from Miesuit again. The product quality, design, and customer service did not reflect the claims made on their website.
This has been the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had, I bought 2 suites that arrived with poor quality materials and noticeable odor , one small and one medium but both of them are smaller than a standard small size, and when I requested a return the support team who are not helpful at all refused because I should follow their own measurement chart ignoring that I always wear a small size with no issues.I lost around 300 USD, I don’t recommend buying from Miesuit and I’ll continue sharing Miesuit experience with others.
I have ordered a set of 3 pieces and paid 25$ extra for express shipping to make sure i will receive my order and on time. I received my order so much later than even the standard delivery and never got a refund for what i paid for express shipping.The tailing is very bad and therefore it looks very cheap and not usable. The provided size chart does not match either.Anyway the outfit is so cheap forMy taste and i wont be able to use it. Waste of money.
Incredible experience!!!!Its been 18 days since i placed my order but still no response or any tracking number. Emailed them and they replied that its in process… in their website it says process orders within 24h. Saying we have higher than usual orders. So disappointing I needed the dress this week.Never going to order again
I ordered a suit from Miesuit for a very important choir concert coming up next month, and wanted to ensure the arrival time would be met. I received the suit in record time, but had issues with the fit.The customer service representative was not only helpful but also very empathetic to my situation.I am very pleased to know that the problem is being resolved, and thank Miesuit for their commitment to their customers.
