This has been the worst online shopping experience I have ever had.The item I received does not match the quality shown in the photos. The material is noticeably worse than advertised, and the overall fit and finish are disappointing.When I politely requested the return details because the suit does not fit me, the problems began. It took a week just to receive partial information. For over two weeks, I have been trying to return the item, and the store still has not provided a complete return address suitable for international shipping.Instead of resolving the issue professionally, they repeatedly claim that “all items fit perfectly” and that the problem is mine because I “chose the wrong size.” This response is dismissive and unprofessional. A customer has the right to return an item that does not fit or meet expectations.They refuse to provide proper return details and instead try to push a 10–15% partial refund. I clearly requested a full return and full refund, which is a standard consumer right.The return process feels intentionally complicated and unnecessarily delayed.If you value transparent return policies, clear communication, and professional customer service — think twice before ordering from this store.
I ordered a suit 1/9 for an event 1/20. I paid for expedited shipping , but the item was not even mailed until 1/28, well after my event. I emailed and was asked if i wanted to cancel for a fee. I still dont have the item and dont need it anymore.
It’s a scam, and I can’t recommend this site at all. The fabric is cheap - it looks nothing like what’s advertised - and the customer service is terrible. It took 1,5 months to receive my order, and once it arrived and I saw the quality, they made it nearly impossible to return and refund my money. For your own sake; don’t buy from this site
Horrible customer service!! They refused to take my order back because I changed my mind and no longer wanted the suit. In addition to the measurements not being correct: legs too long and arms/torso/waist too short. I would not recommend this company.

Unfortunately, what I received was nothing short of a catastrophe. The fabric quality is shockingly poor, the cut is unflattering, and the finishing is practically nonexistent. On a scale of one to ten, I’d rate these suits a zero.To be frank, these suits are not worth more than $10. They feel cheap, look poorly made, and are a complete disappointment. I am deeply dissatisfied with my purchase and feel misled by the promises of quality and craftsmanship.I hope my experience serves as a warning to others. As for Miesuit, I expected so much better.
I purchased a white suit based on what was shown on their website. I could not get my arm in the jacket due to extra stitching that made the entry smaller. The pants were so transparent, the pocket sacks are visible in the front and back. The stitching on the pant bottom were not professional and the material was cheap looking. There are loose pieces of thread protruding from seams all over the pants. I reached out to customer service and they would not offer a full refund. They told me the jacket could be tailored and the pants were consistent with what they described on their website site. Since they are located in China, shipping cost about the same price as these expensive suits and they will not cover shipping. My experience with customer service was frustrating at least. I had no choice but to accept their offer of 50% and no return. I have no use for the suit but could only get half of my money back. Do Not waste your money on this site!!!!!

Where do I start? The shipping took longer than they said. I was gifted a white suit - looked nothing like the pictures. They used black thread to stitch the white button onto the pants, it looks cheap and horrid. The lapels also did not fit well. There was bits of thread hanging off at different points throughout the clothes. The fabric was rough, did not match the price point. Extremely disappointed and will not be buying again. Asked for a refund - they wanted me to ship back at my own cost. Then they offered a credit - useless! do not purchase from this company, very shady. using fake photos thatt look amazing, sending a C+ product instead.
I don't even want to give it 1 star, order asper their size chart and although the pants were tagged as an XL they are not even close to a 10, Jacket is a terrible cut. For the price of a 3 piece suit the quality is not even close to what is should be. Customer service offered 10% refund and when I refused they offered a free exchange, but I don't trust them. There are so many fake sites out there taking advantage of people in this manner. Terrible quality and terrible service. DONT order from them.
