I recently purchased a suit set from yourselves and the quality was unacceptable.
The picture was a suede, but you sent a set of low quality.''

Terrible service! I should have listened to my gut and the terrible reviews. Its been a month since I placed this order and it has not arrived yet.A reliable company/luxury company uses a certified mail service like UPS, FEDEX or DHL which will provide updates until its final destination, specially with international shippments like this.DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM. CUSTOMER SERVICE TAKES FOREVER TO REPLY, ONLY AVAILABLE THRU CHAT AND WILL TAKE FOREVER TO REPLY. RESOLUTION IS POOR AND WILL NOT TAKE RESPINISBILITY FOR THE SHIPPMENT.THIS IS A SCAM
Avoid this company – extremely poor customer service.UPDATE: Despite their response below to my initial review-I have corresponded with them appropriately a dozen times. With every few emails adding 5% additional compensation- currently at a grand total of 25 %. Their email responses are plagued with spelling errors and and they glaze over specifics. I wish I had done my own due diligence before ever purchasing from them. The time and effort it has involved with zero result is mind numbing.Below is my original review.I have done a great deal of online shopping over the years, and this has been the most unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming experience I have ever had.The dress arrived slightly damp with an odd fish-like odor — issues that are impossible to properly capture in photos — yet I was asked to provide “evidence.” The colour was also completely different from expected and unsuitable an upcoming wedding in July.I contacted them within 24 hours of the dress being delivered- the dress is unworn, and I even offered & expected to pay return shipping to their office in the USA- but there’s no actual address available. Despite being within their return policy, their latest offer is just 20% compensation and that I keep a dress…..that is of no use to me. I am still requesting a full refund but not feeling that they’ll honour their policy.
WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER. This company is a SCAM. I paid for premium shipping & when they still didnt ship it I tried to cancel my order. They claimed i was only eligible for a 50% reimbursement because of stocking fees. I spent over $500 & the value of doing nothing is $250? Insane. Their return policy is hard to find on the website. Basically, if you cancel within 72 hours (which it was) you are entitled to only 70% refund. They dont accept actual returns. They are very active on responding to emails, which seems to be their MO... they try to make it impossible to successfully file a cancellation claim with credit card companies. Mine is currently in dispute. They eventually agrred to give a 70% refund (Nothing ever was shipped or processed...) but they didnt refund the shipping, which they said they would in full. I hope they get sued & shut down. DONT BUY!

This has been the worst online shopping experience I have ever had.The item I received does not match the quality shown in the photos. The material is noticeably worse than advertised, and the overall fit and finish are disappointing.When I politely requested the return details because the suit does not fit me, the problems began. It took a week just to receive partial information. For over two weeks, I have been trying to return the item, and the store still has not provided a complete return address suitable for international shipping.Instead of resolving the issue professionally, they repeatedly claim that “all items fit perfectly” and that the problem is mine because I “chose the wrong size.” This response is dismissive and unprofessional. A customer has the right to return an item that does not fit or meet expectations.They refuse to provide proper return details and instead try to push a 10–15% partial refund. I clearly requested a full return and full refund, which is a standard consumer right.The return process feels intentionally complicated and unnecessarily delayed.If you value transparent return policies, clear communication, and professional customer service — think twice before ordering from this store.
