Extremely poor support and utter incompetence. I communicated with several representatives who assured me they would expedite the shipment of an item I ordered due to delays in production. When it eventually shipped, it was not expedited as promised. The support manager failed to resolve the issue and opted to engage in unproductive email exchanges. This is entirely unacceptable.

Awful experience! I placed an order in July, and it never arrived. Long story short, I called every month to check on it, only to be told it was backordered and would arrive the next month. I finally gave up in October. Beware if ordering popular jewelry with natural diamonds; you'll be waiting indefinitely. The manager mentioned that items are shipped from overseas and that my necklace was backordered there.
