I ordered bulk “family shirts” and initially ran into a few issues with placing my order online. Paulo and the editing team were incredibly helpful, guiding me through the customisation process and making sure everything was exactly how I wanted it.
The shirts arrived right on time for my family weekend away and they exceeded expectations. I chose the custom washed tees – the fabric is high quality and feels amazing, and the print turned out fantastic. I couldn’t be happier with the result!

Order placed on 13 December 2025 was sent to the wrong location. We were assured a replacement, but as of 8 January 2026, it has yet to be dispatched, despite numerous emails and promises of escalation and expedited shipping. This was meant to be a Christmas gift for a child, and the entire situation has been a complete disaster.
I placed an order on 12/4 for a holiday gift. Nearly a month has passed, and I still haven't received any updates regarding tracking or fulfillment. The support team has completely ignored my emails for the last 6 days inquiring about the status. $77 feels wasted.
My parcel was lost because of a postal issue, but the support team promptly replaced my order and had it delivered to me in just three days. I experienced outstanding customer service, and they generously replaced my order without any hesitation. They truly went the extra mile to ensure my son received his Christmas gift.
