Kjøpte et par Uggs, var sprekk i skinnet ved sålen etter kun en dags bruk. Jeg klaget med en gang, og etter 5 dager purret jeg opp svaret. Ble "møtt" av en uhøflig kundebehandler som sier de har 14 dager på seg. Da jeg trenger vintersko nå og ikke om 14 dager, har jeg bestilt tilsvarende vare fra annen butikk. Det er kjedelig å nå ha penger bundet opp hos miinto, og jeg vet heller ikke om jeg får refusjon. Jeg anbefaler å heller handle fra f.eks Zalando og Boozt, de rydder etter min erfaring raskt opp etter seg.Etter jeg postet denne anmeldelsen fikk jeg følgende e-post fra Miinto, de vil altså at jeg skal betale 70% av summen for ubrukelige sko, ellers truer de med at jeg må vente 3 måneder på en løsning: Dear Katrine,We hope this email finds you well.Guarantee Claim regarding an order 3148672.We have completed our review regarding your guarantee claim and for this case. I ordered a LV wallet on Monday with express delivery (1-3 days) as I am going on one month vacation on Saturday. I haven’t received the wallet yet (waited til Friday) and I already left Oslo, so I had to hold the shipment (vacation mode) on DHL website as it states it’s still in transit. I don’t see the reason why I paid extra for express delivery if it’s going to take 1 week anyway! I won’t comment on the product yet as I haven’t collected it yet.
Delivery is bad system. I dont live in fjell but I must take buss and not often buss to go and take buss home againThis is big problem you use helthjem. I have ask you befor you sent out package but you not care if you care you will not just said sorry.I ask can you send yo Sartor senter and use posten.But you don't ability to do.And you continue sent .I feel this is very bad business organise with transport and not listen to customers. 1 not ability to send where is near my home.2 continue to send and just said to me I can return 😅But I even must paid for return. So I will never ever come back this website.
