I have ordered an expensive bag, it was two or three weeks ago. I have gotten zero updates about it. I only know it’s in Japan. How long it will take is a good question. I am kind of scared if i’m getting scammed? Praying for an update soon.

I have wrote thanking message as well here in this platform and Yesterday When I spoke with support team regarding my concerns and the way who they are communicating is totally unacceptable , hence I deleted .However, Generally mentioning my excitement quickly turned into disappointment when I encountered numerous challenges while seeking support for return the oversize item and payment-related issues. The entire experience has been nothing short of devastating and far from satisfactory. From the outset, I attempted to address the problem by sending multiple emails, making phone calls, and engaging in online chats. Regrettably, these efforts proved to be futile and only served to consume a significant amount of my valuable time. The lack of effective communication and assistance throughout the process has been disheartening.Furthermore, the situation has been compounded by my brother's ongoing wait for a refund, which has become yet another distressing ordeal. The frustration and dissatisfaction I feel towards this entire episode are profound and have left me thoroughly disappointed and the payment is still not receive yet.In conclusion, I must express my profound disappointment with the overall experience of receiving support after the purchase. The lack of efficiency, poor communication, and the protracted refund process have significantly marred what should have been a joyous occasion.
