Good selection, poor return experience and non-existent customer service

Good selection and fast delivery, but I really do not recommend this online store to anyone who does not want to spend a lot of time in contact with the dealer and concerns.Sent back shoes already in June. Shortly afterwards, the return was picked up by the dealer. Luckily I didn't pay in advance, but the invoice still hasn't been corrected. Customer service has not responded to my inquiries on 18.07.2024 and 26.07.24.
