The quality of the clothing is truly excellent. It's often difficult to gauge quality online, but with this company, you can always count on it. I used to shop at places that are no longer around, so this has become my preferred choice for my grandchildren.
The women's corduroy trousers appeared attractive online and before washing, but after laundering, they cannot be dried in a dryer. If you attempt to do so, they end up lumpy and bumpy. Air drying is necessary, but they still require light ironing on the inside. Unfortunately, they don't maintain their original look, and the wale does not lay correctly. The green pair I purchased resembled hobo pants, and I was unable to return them since they were on sale. Additionally, I noticed some threads protruding from the seams, suggesting a lack of care during production. Overall, I had higher expectations from a brand with such a strong reputation and premium pricing.
The items arrived ahead of Christmas, which was fantastic. The clothing was charming and exceptionally crafted. I truly enjoyed gifting them to my friend's daughter, who was thrilled, especially with the cat applique dress. The price was also excellent.
I had a frustrating experience with the customer service. After being a loyal customer for 20 years, I inquired about the price difference on an item I purchased just days ago that is now on sale for 40% off. I was informed that I needed to return the item and buy it again, or I could receive store credit. This is completely unreasonable. I will be returning the item and will no longer shop here. Well done!
