Review Time
This is the second time I have received a defective luxury item from Miinto. I suspect there is a reason why they offer discount codes. The first item I received was a Dsquared2 bag with poorly glued letters in the logo. When I complained about it, they claimed that I had damaged the bag and refused to address my complaint. The second item was a much more expensive Chloe bag with a damaged and faulty zipper. The color is also chipping off from the hardware. I am quite certain this is a fake item, as such issues would not occur with an authentic Chloe bag. I have yet to receive a response from Miinto regarding this matter, and I am eager to see how they will handle it. Update on the case: As expected, the seller rejected the complaint, citing that the defect was caused by usage. Even though they wrote on this topic, no one from Miinto actually contacted me about this issue. It seems like they are protecting the scammers.
