Ignored by Customer Support

Terrible Customer Service

This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced! Calls are never answered, and support is nonexistent. The products are of poor quality, rust easily, and the finish deteriorates due to a flawed curing process. It seems the company does not care about its customers or their products, which is reflected in their negative reviews.

Product Quality Issues and No Response

After a few months of hand washing, my mug has developed brown stains and lost its finish. I've sent three emails to the provided address but haven't even received an acknowledgment. I won't be purchasing substandard products or relying on customer support from this company again. I recommend avoiding them.
