Pam and Alex Nixon at Blakeney green are absolutely fantastic. Can't do enough for us. Tea, coffee and biscuits with a good chat to go over all options, very informative and helped us every step of the way. Would 100% recommend this development. Give the girls some well deserved recognition. Nothing is ever too much trouble. They have absolutely made the process so much easier for us.
We have popped in to Poppy Gardens several time to view the show house. Each time Margaret has greater us with biscuits and a smile. She has been a wealth of information which has supported us with deciding which options to chose on our new jome in Bedlington.
Bought my home in December 2024 and couldn’t speak highly enough of Miller Homes then and it’s still same over a year on. Recently I had a small leak under the kitchen sink which slightly damaged the cabinet underneath. However, solving the problem with the customer team was no problem whatsoever and Alex B did a great job in replacing the cabinets straight away!
Some remedial work carried out by Sean, a plasterboard ceiling joint and incomplete concrete layer on garage floor edge. All works completed to a high standard, in a timely manner, and work area cleaned up well. Sean is a cheerful, pleasant and polite, skilled and conscientious technician, taking pride in his work. A pleasure to have work completed this well.
Both myself & my partner would like to thank Mark Taylor & Mindi for there outstanding work today in our property, they are a credit to miller homes, they are professional, courteous, understanding and respectful. We have bought a house on the Seaton Delaval site and can say the whole experience has been absolutely amazing from the sales office to the site team who are a credit to Miller Homes. Had Phil Woodhouse one of the operatives attend to complete some work to my personnel door. He was absolutely lovely, really chatty, very engaging, explained the work he was doing and did a great job. A real credit to Miller!!
I had a few issues with my new build, which are to be expected as the house settles.
Dean came out to assess the issues and then he booked me in within a week, then he and Phil came back to repair the issues. I am so pleased with the improvements. Thank you once again, Denise
