I bought a course for 19 USD via a Facebook link but all I got was access to a plattform where I had to pay extra for a real course. The "free" course was just advertisements with only 3 exercised. They promised 20. In the payment section they tell me I had not bought a course but they deducted it from my credit card. I tried to contact support via the plattform - but no answer.
The course is awesome , techniques so different from what I have done till now, and results amazing I couldn't believe. I'm enjoying every bit of practice. There's so much to learn and it's all so detailed, look forward to what I will practice the next day. I would suggest this for everyone. A beautiful holistic approach. I'm going to continue this for a lifetime and suggest to my girls and other family members a natural way to grow beautiful inside out.❤️❤️❤️
Do not hesitate to join! The most comprehensive program I've found, not only to lift the face and decrease stress in the body, but also for realignment and addressing whole-body issues. Amazing support and new content is added nearly daily. I love it.
I wanted to buy just one course Women's Body Secrets for 19 USD but I was given also trial access to everything for 0 USD. I saw that mention of trial in emails and I tried to cancel it, but it was not possible to make it in simple and transparent manner. There was some misleading exclamation that by canceling that trial I will lost everything. Week later this trial was automatically changed to full access to all courses and 47 USD was charged without my consent.I communicated with Mindbodyface and they declared "When you purchased your course, it included a free 7-day trial in the Club, which was clearly mentioned on the checkout page and in reminder emails." But, mentioning something does not mean that customer is accepting it. To make it legal the customer must agree with some action, e.g. by checking the checkbox. In checkout I did not check any checkbox about trial actively.
The courses and content are one of a kind . I am 59 years old recovering from neck surgery and have felt rejuvenated by all these exercises feeling my face come alive again. The app is so well rounded for my whole body to have healing .
I bought the course on a promotion for $19, only to realize that it was a trial period of 7 days. And later on to be charge $47 a month. Don't you think it's a bit too much?! The total would be $66 (the devil's number)I bought in hopes to fix myself and honesty, 7 days are not enough to decide if I want to pay the total of $66 for the first month of trying and then keep on paying $47 each month. It feels like this is designed only for rich people.I'm very disappointed and I don't have another option but to cancel before my trial ends. 😞
I love so much this platform. An abundance of courses adressing different parts of the body, from toes to head. The videos are very explicative including many techniques on the muscles, bones and fascia. Also you have support and help 24/7 and the results are incredible.
