Spilt oil in my cleaning kit

I ordered a katana cleaning kit, it took over a month to finally arrive to my house. I open the box and the choji oil is completely split all over the contents. Feels like a lack of care to me. They must of not cared about tightening the cap on the bottle. I would not suggest ordering anything from them if you like a company that cares about their customer’s satisfaction

Mini Katana is an amazing place to get…

Mini Katana is an amazing place to get budget swords for cosplay and/or collecting. They have awesome choices for whatever your price range is. They also have great customer service, I was once sent the wrong sword, they got the correct one to me in less than a week and let me keep the other one.

Ordered a Katana on 12/12 for christmas. they keep saying its delayed and that it was shipped but UPS tracking number they gave said it was never shipped so they lied and now they are ghosting me and I want a refund

Ours is junk

Bought a katana for my kiddo in June. He carries it around everywhere and loves it so much. After 4 months the blade was loose and the hilt shaky (he doesn’t hit anything with it or get rough with it). I contacted them as we paid quite a bit for it and was basically turned away because it’s been more than 30 days and they have no repair service. So we paid 100 for something that lasted 4 months and sounds like junk! Unacceptable and disappointing. I could see if it had been a year or he had been using it to chop away at trees or something but the most he does is pull it out of the sheath and put it back in. He’s very responsible with it.

Disappointing Quality and Unfair Return Policy

I recently bought a dull katana from Mini Katana, mainly for display and/or decoration. Unfortunately, the quality was disappointing.The blade had several cosmetic imperfections, with uneven finishes that made it look cheap. Even for a decorative piece, I expected a cleaner, more polished appearance.The biggest issue was the handle. It felt cheaply made, and the decorative pieces were just glued on. After minimal handling, parts of the handle started to come loose, making it feel fragile and poorly constructed.When I tried to return the katana due to these issues, I only then found out that sale items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. I had thought I could return it if I wasn’t satisfied, but this policy left me stuck with a subpar product.Overall, the katana feels cheaply made, with noticeable flaws in both the blade and handle. Given the no-return policy on sale items, I regret the purchase and could have likely found something of similar quality on a site like AliExpress.

Can’t recommend this company.Ordered a dull and unsharp sword to hang on my son’s room, he is a big anime fan and this was his biggest wish.When the sword arrives it is really sharp and dangerous, so dangerous that I can’t even allowed to hang on the wall for display, so of course I contacted the company with my problem, but honestly their costumer service after you buy with them is igual talking to a wall.They don’t understand and have lousy solutions for everything, I paid over 200USD for shipment and even if they are the ones selling an item not as described at all only takes the item back if I pay for the shipment, total over 400 usd, for a sword at 129 usd or I can get 20 usd as a gift card, so don’t buy with this company only good service till you pay after no service existing.And they sell item there have fake descriptions.

So far, so good

I've seen varying quality in Mini Katana products. Their battle-ready and dull full size replicas are always incredible, but their keychains tend to experience faults and can break within a month if not used carefully. I absolutely love the company, they make great stuff, and if something does get messed up, just talk to their crew! They'll solve the problem quickly and effectively!
