The wands are far too overpriced, and I was told that I would only need 20 wands per month as I have regular cycles, but when I was setting up, it asks how many wands you have and I've only had two days off from testing. I did get my peaks of LH and FSH, but keeps saying I'm not producing normal levels of LH and FSH post ovulation and during menstrual cycle. Then because my PgG was low one day, then higher on two days, but it kept saying that I hadn't ovulated. FFS, is it two days or three days.
I didn't want to invest in Mira, and while it's exciting to see my cycle data in real time, turns out I have a later ovulation, there is no way that I am going to be paying almost £200 for 60 wands. I am also testing the Femometer ring and if this proves accurate with BBT etc this month, I'll no longer be using the Mira wands.
I bet the wands are made for pennies in a Chinese factory, and Mira are seriously profitting from this sensitising environment for women. The Ava bracelet was very accurate and helped us to get pregnant before, I had an early miscarriage, but my bracelet broke in mid 2025.
Customer service is excellent! They went above and beyond and actually made me feel like they cared about me and my situation, I wasn’t “just another number.” They were quick with a solution and even followed up afterward to make sure things were going ok. Outstanding service!!
This is life changing. I can’t express it enough!! I have PCOS, endometriosis, was on birth control of every sort for the last 15+ years, just came off the IUD after 8 years, first time not being on birthday control, I’m 33, I have a low egg reserve, and wasn’t even sure if I am ovulating! It is beneficial to observe trend directions with the overall explanations and in comparison to the average. We wish to share this information with our healthcare professionals (at least two different ones) and between partners, but it remains uncertain if this can be done or how to proceed.
I genuinely appreciate this tracker and the insights it offers regarding my health. My only issue is that the terminology surrounding fertility and pregnancy is overly integrated into the test results, even though I'm using it for a different health matter.
I've had a fantastic experience using the device, but the customer support has been quite lacking. My first purchase in Canada was canceled due to a fraud alert on my Australian credit card. When I reached out for help, I only received an automated response and no real assistance, leading me to buy the product elsewhere. Unfortunately, the new device malfunctioned during an app update, which seems to be a known issue. Again, I sought help but received no support. Frustrated, I purchased a second device from a different platform and returned the first one. Customer support deserves a low rating, but I only gave it a point because of the automated acknowledgment email. The device itself is user-friendly and offers valuable insights.
This product is incredibly straightforward to use, and the app is very intuitive. Logging symptoms takes just a couple of minutes each evening. I'm not using it for fertility or pregnancy, so I can't comment on that, but it's fantastic for tracking Perimenopause symptoms, and the information provided is surprisingly detailed. My only minor downside is the lack of expedited shipping for the wands, so be sure to order extra early if you're not on a monthly subscription.
Two out of thirty wands didn't function, which is unacceptable given the price. Additionally, the app prematurely indicated that I hadn't ovulated before I could even see today's data point. Overall, it's a fascinating tool to monitor my hormone levels, but considering the cost, I expected better quality.
I appreciate the user-friendly app and the ability to view my hormone levels. However, the analysis section consistently provides the same information regardless of the levels. I wish the app offered more thorough explanations of the varying levels and insights into potential causes for low or high readings. It would be helpful if the app could connect users with certified professionals for better support.
This tracker has really helped me understand my body better in a short amount of time. My only critique is that accessing the app in my region was a bit unclear. The process through a third-party site felt a bit clunky, and there were occasional syncing issues. Nevertheless, I'm grateful for its existence!
