Having access to information about my hormones provides clarity. I feel empowered knowing where I stand regarding any imbalances, which helps me communicate effectively with healthcare professionals. I plan to conduct tests a couple of times each year.
I'm really thankful for this tracker and the insights it provides about my health. My only concern is that the language surrounding fertility and pregnancy is heavily emphasized in the test results, even though I'm using it for a different health issue.
This is my second experience with this product. The first was smooth, but this time has been a nightmare. On the day I was preparing to return my kit, I realized the registration ID was missing. I reached out for help via email and chat, but after a week of back and forth, I still have no resolution. I simply need the Registration ID, yet they keep demanding more proof and photos. I'm quite unhappy and am seeking a refund. With the weekend approaching, I doubt I'll receive help until next week.
As a biomedical researcher, I purchased this device specifically to confirm ovulation, but I've encountered significant inconsistencies in test results from the same sample. I've seen drastic variations in hormone levels that are not biologically plausible. When I raised this issue, the support team insisted the results were valid, attributing the discrepancies to factors that are scientifically incorrect. This device cannot reliably perform its intended function, and the customer support responses showed a misunderstanding of basic assay principles. I strongly advise against relying on this device for fertility decisions.
I was a loyal customer for four years, spending a significant amount. However, I recently purchased two boxes of new wands, and neither worked, generating error messages. I attempted to return them but couldn't reach a real person for assistance. The automated chat was unhelpful, stating that opened boxes couldn't be returned. After I sent video evidence, I was told I needed a new monitor, even though mine works fine with other products. There's no mention on their site that these new wands are incompatible with older monitors. I'm very disappointed with the lack of support and the refusal to issue a refund.
I've had a wonderful experience with Mira so far. I ordered my device to be shipped to South Africa, but made a last-minute change to have it shipped to the UK instead and the team (Sheila especially) has been superrrr helpful with this! I know I am not speaking to an AI bot (email communication) which I really appreciate and I have been keep up-to-date with numerous emails from her on the process. This includes updates on delivery, which is very helpful as I don't often order big purchases online. I have only given 4 stars (for now) as I haven't received the device yet, but I am SUPER excited to receive it. I have a best friend who swears by it and cannot wait to start tracking my hormones, etc to help with my fertility journey!
UPDATE: so I received my mira device on Thursday the 11th tested it out and works great. Hope that it continues to work. I also just received my mira bbt today on the 13th. I also tested it out and it immediately connected to my phone. Sucks that the app has to be open to Bluetooth your numbers, so thats alot of movement while trying to stay still in the morning. All in all, all my devices plus the ultra wands work perfectly well. 4 stars because support needs work but happy about my things nonetheless. Was excited to see they updated and made it to where if you want to check all hormones with one wand you can. So im excited about that. However, Have not received my kit with extra wands and bbt yet its been abt 6 days so far. Have not received tracking numbers for my items so im a little confused and concerned as to whats going on. Sent an email twice to see if support could help me with eta on my items. Have not received a response yet, just a generated email stating because of high volume no one would get to me in 2 days. (Its been past two days). The chat box to speak with someone does not work only the chat bot, and you can only email them no number. With these prices you should definitely have enough money to hire people to answer phones. These were not cheap I've spent over $300 for what I purchased. So im really really hoping I get my things, as I've been TTC for over 10 years. 2 stars for now because customer support is lacking. I will change my review once I receive my items and make sure everything works as it should.
I hate this brand. I was signed up for a subscription I don’t remember doing, and when I tried to cancel an order straight after it was placed and while still unfulfilled - for $150- was told it might not be possible. It has since been fulfilled and shipped. I also spoke to my gynae about this brand and he was utterly scathing about its usefulness. He literally told me to throw it out. I have spent around $700 this year for a crappy product with terrible ethics and service. They should be ashamed of themselves. UPDATE: Once it was marked as shipped they contacted me to say cancellation is not possible. Obviously they wait for orders to be marked shipped before responding, so that they can then say no. I literally tried to cancel minutes after it being placed.
