I rarely write reviews, but this experience truly deserves it. After going through a few challenges during the installation and setup process of the T38P toilet, the customer support team exceeded my expectations in every way. They were extremely responsive, patient, and professional, always willing to help and guide me step by step until everything was resolved. What impressed me the most was their commitment — they did not stop until the product was working perfectly. That level of dedication shows they genuinely stand behind their products.
Now that everything is installed correctly, the T38P works flawlessly. The flush is powerful, the operation is quiet, and the modern design looks beautiful in the bathroom. You can tell this is a high-quality product built with attention to detail.
It’s not just about buying a product — it’s about the support you receive afterward, and this company absolutely delivered. Because of the excellent customer service and the final performance of the toilet, I would confidently recommend both the product and the company to anyone.

Steer clear of Horow as a company. I purchased this toilet six months ago, and it has NEVER flushed correctly, from day one. I've reached out to the company numerous times, and they have been nonresponsive. It was installed correctly by a professional, licensed Plumber. I have other "smart toilets" in several other bathrooms in my home, and it's only this Horow toilet that has never worked correctly. It is absolutely NOT worth the outrageous price tag. I will gladly update this review, if this company ever decides to reach out to make things right. I would look elsewhere (Toto, Kohler, or even BioBidet) for companies who are far more reputable, and who stand behind their product. We're blessed to have a lot of bathrooms in our home, because if we had to rely upon this terrible "smart toilet", it would be a very bad thing...for our entire family. My wife has already warned me to never bring anything from this company into our home...ever again! If I could give this company minus five stars, I certainly would. The minimum one star that Trust Pilot requires is far too high for Horow to receive!
I purchased a Horrow T20 smart toilet from their website, and I am pleased with my purchase. Toilet arrived on time and was packed very carefully so that there was no damage in transit. The toilet works as described on the website and I'm loving it. I had an issue and when I reached out to their support team, they were very helpful and replied back quickly, helping answer my questions and resolving my issue. Very happy with their customer service and will be buying again from them.
We have a T38P Smart Bidet Toilet and so far we're very happy with the quality of the product, despite some settings that we would have wanted to be adjustable. Mostly importantly, Horow's customer service has been very responsive, so it gives us the comfort that help is always available if/when needed.
