All Good. Placed order at 5:30pm and it arrived the following morning! Packaging as before was a bit lapse and could have been better, but luckily on this occasion the items boxes weren't damaged. It would have been nice to have had a bit of loyalty discount though. So all in all I give 4 stars and I do recommend ITS.
Amazing service. All my orders arrived ahead of schedule. They were packaged excellently, and my tools arrived in perfect condition. When I was considering switching brands, the support team was very helpful and provided excellent advice. I'll definitely be purchasing more as I transition from petrol to cordless.
An item I ordered developed a 'slight fault' after a few months, despite minimal use. The company agreed to arrange a collection and send it back for inspection. The collection was handled by a delivery service, and my partner handed it to the driver at our doorstep, but received no confirmation. After waiting over a month without updates, I followed up, only to learn the driver marked it as 'not collected'. The delivery service is as helpful as a chocolate teapot, and the same goes for the customer support at the company. They are blaming each other, and now I’m out of pocket, giving up on resolving this issue. Farewell, little spirit level...
I can't find any faults with the service; I ordered a tool on a Friday afternoon, and the shipping info indicated it would arrive by Monday, which was just what I needed. Early Saturday morning, I received a message from the delivery service confirming my package would arrive later that morning. Exceptional service.
Ordered late Friday night for Sunday delivery, but it never arrived due to the late order. After speaking with someone on Monday, I was told it would arrive by Tuesday morning, but it still didn't show. When I followed up, I was told Wednesday, and then my concerns were ignored.
Extremely poor service! One star because there’s no option for less! My order was sent to a post office! I waited all day for a delivery that never came! No one recorded on CCTV either. I had to visit two different post offices searching for my order, which was frustrating as the poor officer was only available for a limited time. A complete waste of time! If I had to pick up the item myself, I would never have placed the order! I paid for delivery, not collection! Why doesn’t your unreliable courier deliver or redeliver the next day? Terrible service; I will never order from this company again!!!
