SECOND UPDATE: I never received a corrected translation. The interval between the initial request and the full refund was almost four weeks not one week. As to whether or not I was requested to remove the review the reader can decide. They have also asked me to remove the review. The company gave a reasonable quote and was to translate two documents. Per the website, they promised to deliver within 48 hours. I got the documents within the agreed time frame, but there was an error on the translation of the marriage certificate. In the space for the name of the mother of the bride and her place of birth they repeated the name of the groom’s mother and her place of birth. Presumably an easy fix. I promptly notified them of the error and asked for a corrected translation. It is now almost four weeks later and I don’t have a corrected translation, they have not refunded my money despite my request to do so, including 15 euros sent to cover postage for hard copies which were not delivered, and they are totally unresponsive. I’ve received emails telling me that they are working on it, “soon”, “excuse the brief delay”, etc. I now have to hire another company to do the translations.
