Delayed shipment and inadequate support

I ordered a 3D pen on December 6 for a Christmas gift. Regrettably, I am still waiting for delivery. Customer service has not responded, which is very disappointing. I recommend steering clear of this seller!

Lack of response from support team

Mixed feelings about the product

It's disappointing that the second 3D pen is completely non-functional, but I hope the third one will be better. The customer service is excellent, though, and I still enjoy the working pen.

Delivery and product issues

I ordered the 3D pen, and the delivery took longer than I anticipated. When my daughter finally received it, she was thrilled! Sadly, it only lasted about four weeks. We filed a claim, and the process took a while, but we hope to get a replacement soon.

Creative gift for my sons

My two sons received a 3D pen for Christmas. After one used his, it stopped functioning as it wouldn’t heat up. I contacted support, and they promptly sent a new one. Now both boys can enjoy being creative again.
