I strongly advise against using this service. My leased vehicle developed a serious issue, leaving it in the garage for weeks. The company refuses to provide a loan vehicle but still expects payment.

Serious privacy concerns and lack of resolution

Someone took out a vehicle agreement using my address without my involvement. Despite reporting this to the company multiple times over several years, nothing was resolved. I even received a letter regarding a 'final payment' without any confirmation of closure. Additionally, they sent sensitive bank details of the other individual to my address, demonstrating a serious breach of privacy.

Extremely frustrating experience

My experience has been horrendous! I arranged to end my PCP after 3 years, having paid enough and well under the mileage allowance. An inspector found a missing service, which was the dealer's responsibility. After weeks of silence, I received a charge notice. Even after clarifying the issue, I was told it would be written off, but then received another demand for payment. This has been an absolute disgrace.

Terrible treatment from the service

I have never experienced such poor treatment from a service. I leased a new vehicle that began having issues within weeks. The driving display fails randomly, the rear seats are improperly fitted, and I cannot safely transport passengers. I've been trying to schedule repairs for over 7 weeks, with no available options nearby. They show no concern for my situation.

Unprofessional customer service

The customer service is incredibly unprofessional. They collected my vehicle two months ago and are charging me for alloy wheel scratches, despite having valid insurance. Their reasoning for the charge is that I didn't file a claim, even though everything was purchased from the same location.
