This is possibly the worst service I've ever encountered. The representatives are dishonest and mislead customers. They evade responsibility and complicate the complaint process, making it incredibly frustrating to resolve issues.
Someone took out a vehicle agreement using my address without my involvement. Despite reporting this to the company multiple times over several years, nothing was resolved. I even received a letter regarding a 'final payment' without any confirmation of closure. Additionally, they sent sensitive bank details of the other individual to my address, demonstrating a serious breach of privacy.
My experience has been horrendous! I arranged to end my PCP after 3 years, having paid enough and well under the mileage allowance. An inspector found a missing service, which was the dealer's responsibility. After weeks of silence, I received a charge notice.
