Review Time
After all of these reviews how is are these people still in business under this name? We too were scammed. Money stolen. They came to do a diagnostic to which we agreed and signed the paperwork which had a ZERO balance do by the way. Cody came for 1 hr and said a new engine was needed. He spent more time talking to my husband about his leaving the Marines then actually doing anything. After he left Justin called and asked what our budget was. I told him he said he would work on it. Called me back almost immediately to say he had a 60 HP Suzuki. I said great lets do it. He then said out card wouldn't be charged until the work was done but did we want to use the card on file. I told him to call my dad 1st as he made the arrangements and this was a gift to us from him. He said he would call him. He did not call. Nothing was sent or signed before they charged over $5800.00. When my dad called them to ask what the hell ? They said they had to charge the card to pay the 3rd party that had the engine. OK fine my dad said I still need to see a breakdown of charges. Only then did they send him a detailed invoice which listed the Sukuki on it. Still he never signed anything except the initial diagnostic appt agreement. Of which apparently cost over $800 to do nothing but do small talk with my husband, take some pics of the Mercury broken engine for an hour. When the day of the appt came Jan 7th to which they confirmed several times on text no one was at my house. So I contacted them on text and was told they could not come that day as they no longer had the engine they charged us $5000 for. I said where did it go. Was told Justin would call me back. He never did. I asked for a refund since I was leaving for a month and would not be home to deal with this. They never responded. My dad called and asked for a refund never responded. My dad filed a claim with his credit card company and even befor that told is credit card company not to allow any more charges. They had a month to respond which they did yesterday. They said the work was done and they put a 60 HP yamaha on my boat.1. I was away from home so who gave them permission to be on my property? 2. I have a very good alarm system which would prevent anyone from coming in my gated yard with the alarm going off, and cameral recording. 3. I have a chain and a lock on my gate so no one could come in. 4. I got home yesterday and the same Mercury that the photographed on the 1st day was on there. No yamaha in sight. I called Justin today and shockingly he answered the phone. He must have thought I was a new victim to scam. He said he would have DAVE the manager call me. I said I have talked to so many different people and you all always say someone is going to call. The last few times it was Justin that was going to call. I was talking to Justin and Justin didn't do anything but lie. Look at all the reviews on FB, Google and the BBB not one good one. All say they are a scam. I never new this boating could be a scam and they just keep doing it. We will be getting a lawyer. This was a 76 yr old man they did this too just trying to do something nice for his daughter before he dies. Shame!!!
