I've had a positive experience using Mobilo Card. Setup was simple, and sharing my contact details via NFC and QR code has been smooth and reliable. The card looks professional and the lead capture feature is especially helpful for staying organized after events.Overall it's smart, eco-friendly alternative to traditional cards, with just a bit of room for added analytics features.
This card sucks I try to upload photos it gives me the buffering wheel and then we'll go to my QR code and be stuck I cannot back out because it closes the app and then stops the upload of the picture for the price we pay for this card it is not worth the headache and hassle that goes along with it just go and buy the Dot card it's cheaper works better and there's a lot more stuff you can put on the Dot card sucks that I wasted $71 when I could have just bought it for 30
Customer service is terrible. I requested help and they kept sending me emails never contacting me. The cards do not work all of the time and are constantly missing customers data. I do not recommend this product, it does not live up to their claims and their service is terrible.
The team helped me in completely setup my cards from start to finish. They handled everything clearly and made the process very easy for me. Communication was smooth and they were responsive whenever i had questions. I'm glad with the support and the experince.

Mauricio contacted me by phone and email and provided exceptional customer service. My cards arrived in a timely manner after I approved the final design. The cards look great. I purchased a metal card and a plastic card. Five stars.
I initially spoke with an account representative about possibly creating an account. We went through the setup process to test it out but ultimately decided not to move forward. A year later, I was surprised to find I had been signed up for an annual subscription. I provided the full email chain showing that we never intended to proceed, and requested a refund. Despite this, I was told that due to their policy, a refund would not be issued—though they did cancel the account going forward.We never used the platform for anything at all. It feels incredibly dishonest to be charged for a service we didn’t use and never agreed to continue. Very disappointing experience.
