Fantastic experience and superb smart business card

Firstly, the card is all I require from a smart business card. Second, the service and attention to detail is fantastic at Mobilo.This is the second company that I have worked for, that I have created a Mobilo card for, and encouraged my colleagues to obtain their smart cards from. Great job Mobilo!

Very professional and responsive…

Very professional and responsive company. Great price value. Perhaps in the future the company could offer additional colours, styles, fonts and card engraving and type. Also the design website could be more user friendly, it was challenging to navigate as errors were popping up. Also it would be nice to first design the card then pay as opposed to pay then go back to log in to configure. Less steps for a client the better😉. Otherwise VERY helpful team, polite and attentive and great prices. I’m excited to receive my card!

Mobilo only cares to get your money

Mobilo only cares to get your money. The only time that ongoing technical issues were addressed was when Mobilo was trying to get us to renew the card or increase the number of licenses that our company was using.There are much better digital cards on the market.

Disapointed, not a very smartcard

The first disappointment I had was to find a Get Mobilo with a promotional link to your company in my contacts list. This card was meant to be shared with other people, I don’t want to be promoting another company other than mine. Imagine ordering paper business cards and finding a promotional line of the company that printed them.The support team was kind enough to upgraded me to a 1-Year complimentary Teams license which removes that field. However a Teams license is not what I need.The other issue I found is that the social media list of links (when added) comes before my main website and mail address.I would prefer to have the main section Personal Details and Contact Information appearing first, followed by the Social and the rest.All other issues I experienced can be illustrated by the long string of interactions with your support team.In short, this card needs further development, as a smartcard it's useless.

Mobilo has excellent and responsive customer service!

Mobilo is a great service to enhance your business networking performance. I really like the evolution from disposable business cards to a virtual one; they have a few different designs to pick from and a great interface to add a lot of your links.The customer service, I would say, is excellent and they really want to ensure your satisfaction. In particular, Mauricio has been great.I am glad to have chosen them and to have them with me in my networking journey. Highly recommend! :)

Top-notch service & sustainable business cards

Really good business card for minimal…

Really good business card for minimal money. Superb for lead capture, and as a normal card with extra key fob etc thrown in.Just damn good!

Great concept

Great concept, and I received my metal card today. I like the weight and feel of the card. A couple of things disappointed me:1. My company logo has multiple colours, and the Mobile system wasn't able to handle it even when I converted to monochrome. So I removed the logo altogether rather than show only parts of it in the card.2. The QR code on the back of the card is a sticker rather than engraving on the card, which looks temporary and cheap.The app is ok, and allows you to design a nice digital card once scanned, and I've had good feedback on that.

Excellent product - perfect alternative to paper cards

Excellent product. I hit a few self created hitches, and the Customer service team were refreshingly quick to respond and eager to solve. The card took a while to get to me, but I fear that was more the Irish postal service, vs Mobilo. Just a great experience thus far, and has already paid dividends with its use at meetings and conferences since I got my card.
