If there were negative stars I’d give them that.
I ordered over $800 USD worth of SkinCeuticals products. Not only was there a massive delay in sending the package but I had also asked for the purchase to be cancelled. Both their phone numbers are disconnected, they don’t respond to Facebook or Instagram messages and I’ve emailed them every day with no response. I want to return their products asap but no one is getting back to me.

Terrible customer service. They need to be held accountable for their actions. Do not order from their website!

Modarak sent me the wrong products plus they were expired

I wish there was no stars at all !!!MODARAK certainly does not deserve any stars. I ordered three bottles of skin cuticles worth over $400 they sent me the wrong product I sent them emails i keep getting the same message back saying to try with WhatsApp. I tried WhatsApp and same keeps happening I even tried calling them all I get is the same recording there is no way I’m going to either get my money back nor the right products. They are hopeless!!!

Still waiting for reimbursement or product after 7 weeks...

I cancelled my order 5 minutes after placing it and was told it would be no problem and that the charges to my credit card will be reversed. That was 7 weeks ago. I communicated via email and WhatsApp and was told several times that the charge will be reimbursed. Nothing has happened and I do no receive any answers anymore.
