There is a lot of hype about the Foreo FAQ202. Some things it does well. Skin does look a lot better and feel better. The FAQ202 is easy to use and there are lots of pre-program treatments that you can choose from.
On the negative side, the FAQ202 is too small to fit properly over the entire face. It is like wearing a mask that is too small. The pieces at the nose are uncomfortable and either slip on the face, or press on your nostrils in a way that makes it impossible to breathe. It does not hold a battery charge well at all I have to charge it after every two treatments.
I do feel that for the price of the product and the additional monthly charge, Foreo could have done better.

Mr. Marko was extremely professional, responsive, dedicated, and responsible throughout the entire process. He carefully reviewed my case and supported me in receiving a replacement product. I truly appreciate the care and efficiency shown by both him and the team!

I got my Foreo almost 2 years ago and it is suddenly not working anymore. Luckily, I still have my warranty and Danny has helped me to work through the process really quickly! I'm now waiting for my replacement now! First time I see profuct's warranty is helpful:) I don't have to pay for another $400 machine anymore.

I've been waiting for over two weeks, and my items are still in transit. These were gifts that won't arrive on time. They never informed me of the delay, and when I contacted them, they blamed the holiday issues, assuring me I'd receive them today, which did not happen. If I'm lucky, they might arrive by the end of this week or the next, making it nearly a month. This is a premium brand that doesn’t even allow multiple offers during purchase, so they certainly profit well. My items were supposed to arrive nine days ago. While I understand delays can occur, this is excessive. Additionally, their responses seem generic and lack accountability. More affordable brands have provided me with better solutions, including refunds. I'm truly disappointed and will not purchase from them again.
