I ordered two sets of glasses. The charges on my credit card were significantly higher than what was listed in my order. I decided to cancel, but was informed that since the items had already shipped, I could return them within 30 days for a full refund. Upon receiving them, I discovered that, contrary to the advertisement, the glasses did not improve my vision. I requested a return label, but I was repeatedly offered to keep the glasses with a partial refund instead. This happened three times, each time with an increasing percentage of refund. Eventually, I was told I could keep the glasses and would receive a full refund. However, upon checking my credit card, I found that I only received two-thirds of the original charge back. When I inquired about the difference, I was informed that shipping charges are non-refundable as they had already been paid to the carrier.

Giving this seller one star is overly kind. I ordered two items that seemed like great gifts, but what I received was trash. They look nothing like what was advertised, and the quality is so poor it resembles a child's work. I won't be purchasing from them again.
This is a total scam. I ordered a massager for $104.93 on their website, and it has yet to arrive. Their email claimed my order was being fulfilled, but when I tried to track it, I was warned of a dangerous webpage. If my order isn't delivered by the promised date, I expect a full refund.
