The temperature control works well, and I’ve used it for both cold plunges in the morning and warm recovery after workouts. Switching between the two is fairly quick and convenient. Overall, it does the job, though there is still a bit of room for improvement.

Now I start my day with a cold session and use the warm setting after workouts. The temperature control is reliable and easy to adjust. Overall it’s been a great addition to my recovery routine.
