The turnaround time was too slow. We needed to show proof that estimated taxes were paid. We actually downloaded a print off of the history from the IRS site. The first lady told us the IRS owed my son money due to his 401k, it was over 3000. They never gave him the refund. They tried to say it was for business. But that was a different year. They finally stated he did pay his estimated taxes and it was done correctly. They felt he was getting too much money. Then they acted like I reconcilled the books wrong. Lol The problem is that I had an actual attorney do that. They acted like they did not hear me say I had a CPA clean up the books. They are a joke and did not work to really help me. She said amend it, so the refund is lower. He just paid them, so they would leave him alone. They actually owe him money.
