Missing Real Teal Solution

I ordered 3 custom tattoos but did not receive the "Real Teal" solution that the instructions say to apply for a more authentic look. Instead all I got was a generic apology and a five dollar off coupon. Without the solution the tattoos look like a quarter machine product. In my attempt at contacting customer support I asked if there was another product that could be used as a substitute, but all I received was the generic response.

I have used temporary tattoos since younger, when I found you guys I was so excited. The quality of your product is unique, I always get compliments when use the tattoos, people thing they are real. Absolutely love it!!

Needs better quality

The tattoo itself looked very good at the beginning. After about 2 days though it already started to fade. I was not happy since it really didnt last and I paid quite a bit of money for one.

I am struggling to give a 2 or 3

I am struggling to give a 2 or 3. I thought the look of the tattoo was nice and looked just like the picture I sent. However, I was not given the "real teal" solution that it claims to come with and I was told they are backordering it. But the instructional video shows them putting it on the tattoo after applying. So I put it on without around 3pm. It looked nice! I know it's temporary but I woke up this morning and it is already peeling off. I thought it would last at least one full day. For $20 I don't think it's worth it. I also think the customer service is lacking, when I contacted them they offered me a $5 off coupon for not including the solution. But I didn't want a coupon, I wanted everything that is supposed to come with the product. I'm sorry but I wouldn't order from this company a second time.
