Update:I am bringing my review up to a 3 star from a one because their customer service has been really great through all this. They listened to what I had to say and we got things figured out. I do appreciate them working with me!They really do stand by their product and that's admirable. First off, when ordering it said 3-6 business days. We ordered on the 29th of September and it was delivered the 10th of October. That is 8 business days.Secondly, after following the directions to the T, by the next morning his temporary tattoo was covered in lint. It looks absolutely terrible! I can't seem to upload the photos I have so I can't show what it looks like. He is one extremely upset kid, to spend $15, including shipping, for a linty tattoo he isn't proud of.

Just what I wanted

I had a custom tattoo made from a digital photo. The tattoo was very sharp and only included the part of the photo that I wanted as the tattoo. I received the tattoo within days of sending in the order. Very good product and service!

Pretty but impaired

The design was stunning, but the adhesive never went away when I used the towel that was provided. The tattoo stick to everything and was painful to unstick. Because of this, the tattoo lasted less than a day, which was disappointing.

The ease of creating my own tattoos and…

The ease of creating my own tattoos and the quality of the items upon receipt is the reason I gave five stars. These are a present, and I haven't given them yet, so I can't speak of how well they last and how they look on skin. There are enough positive reviews to suggest they'll be great, though. A bit of feedback might be to offer images of similarly sized tattoos on a forearm, or even on a common item like a sheet of printer paper, etc. Just to give a better sense of scale. I put a ruler on my arm and that was good enough for me, but a picture of a 3x3 tattoo on a bicep might sell more 4x4 or larger tattoos!

Got the semi- permanent tats....

It states in the instructions that a special wiping cloth is included with each tattoo to help remove the shininess. I purchased 6 tattoos and NONE of them included the cloth. So, now I have fake shiny tats. Not happy.
