I ordered a custom semi permanent tattoo on 06/23, and it arrived without the Real Teal that was supposed to come with it. When I asked customer service about it, they said it was not in stock, had not been in stock for a little while, and they didn’t know when they would be getting it again. They did not proactively inform me that my package wouldn’t be including it; they just sent it anyway. The service rep tried to give me a coupon, but that was unacceptable since I wasn’t going to spend more money with them. He then promised to resend my order once the Real Teal was back in stock. It’s currently 9/15, I never received a message from them again, and of course, never received the real teal. Don’t buy from these guys, just go to Inkbox.
Did not give me the “real teal” that was supposed to come with my package. I emailed their customer support and it has been over a week with no response. I’ve ordered from them before and it was good quality, however I cannot give a company a positive rating if they cannot get back to their customers.
My tattoo came with white spots where it should have been filled in with black. Didnt want to bother with a replacement and I dont need a refund either because i actually like the tattoo, but i wont apply it without the real teal, which apparently the company is out of. (I dont even think they sell it individually) UPDATE: The support team was very quick to correct and re-send my order. For that i am very grateful. My tattoos came out perfect this time around. Thank you!
