Really great experience! Didn’t know the company was here and felt lucky to find it! Really kind staff & really helpful. Was able to test drive the cars and spend time on our own to look at them. No pressure at all & comfortable environment! Highly recommend!
I read the positive reviews and didn't find a single review about good help. Everyone just thanks me for the pleasant communication when extending the warranty. This is very funny and smells like a scam. I've had their 2nd plan for two years now and I'm driving with a non-working steering wheel heater because they refuse to service the steering wheel, even though this plan covers all the electronics. And they keep calling me to extend the warranty.
Our claim was evidently covered, yet we received a denial email.
This service is ineffective and not worth the effort.
Customer support is lacking.
It has been a total waste of time.
I only discovered the service's shortcomings after submitting the claim and reviewing feedback.

This warranty service is quite disappointing. Make sure to read all the fine print and verify what they actually cover; you’ll discover they don’t cover significant issues. They don’t inform you that there’s a cap on coverage, so it may be better to handle repairs out of pocket.
As a car buyer: avoid this insurance; they will find excuses to deny claims when a vehicle fails. As a garage owner: don’t start repairs expecting this insurance to cover costs; you’ll end up spending more time on paperwork than actual repairs, and they will still find reasons not to pay. A complete scam, in my opinion.
