First Driver was no show had to reach out Monarch multiple times to get a replacement. When they did find another driver the price went up drastically from what I was originally quoted asked Monarch to cover they difference and they said no it was the policy that it could go up even though it was outside of the 5 days. Once the car got delivered it was scratched on 1 side reached out to Monarch 2 times and asked what they were going to do to cover the repair and got no response. Car was only transported 90 miles could not imagine what it would be like to move something across the US. Would not use again and would not suggest anybody to use Monarch.
While my car eventually arrived, the process was fraught with issues. I was quoted $465 for same-day delivery, then told it would be an additional $50 for a trusted transport. After the car was picked up on Wednesday, the delivery was rescheduled for Friday, but it never arrived. I made multiple calls, and no one had any information about my car. I tracked it and found it sitting idle for days just miles from my home. By Monday, they promised delivery by 3 PM, but I ended up waiting for hours at the dealership until my car finally showed up. Communication was poor, and my request for a refund was ignored. I recommend finding a different service.

I was informed it would arrive on a Tuesday, but it didn't show up until Saturday. Attempts to contact the company and the driver were unsuccessful. Finally, they called just 15 minutes before delivery, which thankfully I was home for. They requested I meet them at a gas station 15 minutes away, forcing me to ride home in icy conditions. The bike appeared to have been transported poorly, covered in dust and dirt, despite the seller's earlier claim that it was spotless. I’ve made my decision—I'll be looking elsewhere in the future.

If you have options, I suggest looking elsewhere.
After my car was picked up, the company was unhelpful in facilitating its delivery or getting the driver to respond to messages. My car sat somewhere for over a week, and the company seemed unaware. I even had to report it as stolen due to the lack of updates. Overall, the service was disappointing, and I would advise others to avoid this company.
I cannot recommend this company. They engaged in bait-and-switch pricing, had poor communication, and showed no accountability. They missed the scheduled pickup and tried to assign a new driver for an extra $350. Management promised follow-up calls that never materialized. Be cautious about trusting them with your money or vehicle. They seem to delete or hide negative reviews on social media, while platforms like Yelp and Google reflect more honest feedback. Overall, it’s a questionable operation with dubious business practices.
My experience was awful in every aspect. They used deceptive sales tactics, and I did not receive my item on the agreed date. They act merely as a middleman for transport companies, and once they take their cut, they provide no useful information. Customer service was terrible! Do yourself a favor and seek alternatives.
The transportation of my vehicle was incredibly smooth thanks to the coordination between the service and the transport company. The owner kept me updated on the delivery status, and they worked with me to schedule pickup despite delays from the dealer. I will definitely consider both companies for future needs.
