Worst Experience Ever.
Please, for the love of god do not use this fricking awful widget. It completely destroyed my website and messed all of the DNS settings up. My website is now unable to even be hosted online. It's like they took my website for fricking ransom. The amount of money i've lost is insane. Please do not use this if you want to keep your website.

Unacceptable charge due to unauthorized upgrade

We encountered a deeply frustrating and unacceptable situation with the service. Even though we had the Auto-Upgrade feature clearly turned OFF, our account was upgraded without our approval, leading to a charge of EUR 299 for a higher plan. We intended to stay on the original plan. Implementing a charge for a higher plan against the user’s explicit preferences is, in our view, unauthorized. This raises significant concerns regarding transparency and customer protection. The support provided was slow and unhelpful, requiring escalation instead of immediate resolution. For a professional service provider, this standard is simply not acceptable. Due to this experience, we have chosen to stop using the service entirely and will create our own in-house solution instead. We do not recommend this service at all. Exercise caution with auto-billing and plan upgrades.

Great experience, just a slight delay

We really enjoy using the service! After a few adjustments and some correspondence with support, we managed to get the translator working! There is a minor delay in responses. Being in Eastern time while the support is in Europe means you need to send inquiries early in the day. In the afternoon, there may be no responses, necessitating a wait until the following day.
