Complete disappointment. To make matters worse, after a month of seeking help, I received a call from someone claiming to be a priest who argued with me. I left multiple messages with the support team and sent emails but received no replies. They sold me a crucifix, claiming it was handcrafted and suitable for an altar, but it turned out to be made in China using a resin mold. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
If you identify as a Christian, I advise against purchasing these icons. The company does not align with Christian values, blending Hindu and Christian spirituality in a confusing manner. Please do your own research. If you wish to honor God and the saints, consider sourcing icons from a genuinely Christian group that doesn't engage with Hindu deities.
Hello. I am still waiting for this issue to be resolved; I ordered an icon of St. Therese of Lisieux but received an icon of St. Thomas Aquinas instead. I would appreciate it if the correct St. Therese icon could be sent to me at your earliest convenience. Thank you.
