I ordered 6 days ago without doing a minimum of research about the company and then see how people complain. I received an order number #23350 and that's it. I have written to them on all channels and have not received any response. I'm starting to understand that it's a scam or the worst managed business I've come across so far. If someone doesn't contact me today for a full refund, I will dedicate the next few days to making content on Insta and Tik Tok about how much of a jerk you are.
Affordable and pleasant designs. The glasses appear high-end and are by no means cheap. However, the shipment process was very long and the customer service was not very responsive at that time. I also got to know that the product is produced in China and this was not clear at all. Besides those problems, the sunglasses are quality and I would repurchase them in case of better delivery.
