Phoned as I had one question regarding finances. The person asked many questions then put me on hold while they spoke then ended the call. Tried to call back twice but both times the call was ended as soon as it was picked up. Unfortunately, it was a waste of time.

The appointment was supposed to be today, but they contacted me on the day it was canceled by my provider. When I called, the assistance was unhelpful, suggesting another month wait after already waiting six weeks. It seems unworthy of the stress based on other reviews, so I decided to move on.
This site is inadequate! It requests details about health conditions but assumes you must be on medication. For instance, I have high cholesterol but prefer not to take statins. The form doesn't allow for a 'no medications taken' option, making it impossible to complete. There was no help available either. A total waste of time.
