I deposited $50 Aistralian dollars and received a $75 welcome bonus. I play online money games all the time but this one has given excuse after excuse why I can not withdraw my winnings. I understand that you spend your own money first but usually if you win something it goes into real money but not this site. I got as high as almost $300 but it showed up in bonus money. I tried to speak to them and they told me to read the rules. DO NOT PLAY THIS UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE EVWEYTHING.
I placed a $600 withdrawal 8 days ago, and it's still under reviewThey have said it was because of higher than expected withdrawals from other people, and that there is a technical issue from their payment provider. I'm wondering if if I'm being bluffed here ?

MonsterWin is a SCAM casino – stay far away!This casino has scammed me out of at least €4,000. When I deposit that much money, I at least expect to get half of it back—but MonsterWin pays nothing. Today is August 7th, and they still haven’t approved it. I had 30 euros, I converted them into 500, after a few days of waiting, Monsterwin sent me messages saying that the payment would be completed as soon as possible, because it was an emergency since my account had no money, in the negative, and today, the 4th, they sent me a message saying that the 500 euros were cancelled, and I don't have access to the account because they have blocked it, they blocked my access permanently, so they have just stolen 500 euros from me and I have no money right now, thank you Monsterwin.

Take this as you will as a "level 4 VIP" I have cashed out only 800 from this casino Which by the way has to be done in 2 transactions ( 2-4 day withdrawal time ) as a level one is restricted to 700 a day withdrawal.The vip hosts that are supposed to respond right back to you, legit respond with in 2-3 business days saying they were on days off. I am not sure if they just have one but that is what it seems like. The payouts on this casino are horrific like there is no pay outs at all it seems. HOWEVER when you do get low on funds you will win a " mega win " that is $23 and then not win again in 50 spins.Someone is getting rich and it isnt the patrons. I would stay very clear of this casino at all costs, It will cost you a fortune and you will make nothing back in return. When you ask to be exempt from the casino as I have 4 times or a cool down phase you will not be allowed which i am pretty sure is illegal.All in all save yourself the headache and just dont play at this casino there are many more that have good pay outs and withdrawal times that are much less
Never had an issue, withdraws always took the maximum amount of time alotted, ontill I wonder a grand prize, now it's been weeks and it's still pending. Pretty sure ther customer service is just chat bots, no help what so ever, every responce is just a repeat of the last responce. This site is a scam.
