DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!!I placed an order on July 7th The next day tracking info had the package going out for delivery. 72 days later no package. Moon Love directed me to the shipping company which sent me back to Moon Love. Tracking has since stopped completely . I have sent four emails and requested a refund. Refund denied due to the package in route.
The worst company ever!! Bought a mother’s day gift and paid $79 aus for it - I have never received it and I ordered it in May 2025. They claimed they sent it but is with their courier. Moonlove advised once it leaves them they do not have to make sure it gets delivered. Moonlove are no longer responding. Courier company they use are just as bad - can’t ring them and they don’t respond. Atrocious customer service stay away from them!!

SCAMSCAMSCAM!!!!Do NOT order from this company!!! I ordered from this shambles of a company in may, ordered a gift personalised for Father’s Day. By the end of June I had not received, I emailed them asking about the delay.They informed me as my parcel had been shipped, they were not responsible for the delay.Tracking information had not even been updated at this stage except an email to say it had been shipped after I contacted them in June.July I emailed for a refuse, couldn’t refund as they had already “sent the item.” I told them I ordered in may for Father’s Day and wanted a refund, that if I received the item they would get it back. Have not had a response since and we are now at the end of September.
