Review Time
It is hard to actually review the product when the delivery company chosen by Moonkie is so pathetic. I used my office address for delivery as porch pirates are running rampant in my neighborhood. I clearly stated that the office is open 8:00-5:00 Monday through Friday. They have attempted delivery in the evenings after 6:00 pm and on Saturday. I don’t know why it is so hard to deliver during daylight hours during the week.
I contacted Moonkie and although they graciously responded, they put it on me to contact the delivery company to make this right. I paid for the delivery and feel it should be up to them to work with their vendor. The product is adorable and looks wonderful but not if this is the hassle you encounter to receive it.
I couldn’t rate this company more highly. There was a slight issue with my delivery. Their resolution and customer service was outstanding. They went above and beyond and were very generous in their solution. They even emailed on a Sunday and aimed to resolve the problem immediately. That aside their products are just gorgeous and very high quality. This is my second order from the company and my original products have lasted in exceptional condition for the last couple of years.
The communication with the organization is good. They respond quickly and are very helpful. The only downside is that the items you order are shipped from China, which causes long delivery times. I placed an order on October 10th, and as of October 25th, I still haven’t received my package. It was meant to be a gift for someone on October 22nd, but unfortunately, it didn’t arrive in time.
