The customer service is stellar so that is what I am leaving my rating for. I ended up cancelling my order because it was turning into a 2-month waiting period. The jewelry looks so beautiful, and I would like to have a piece of Moon Magic's jewelry, but the long waiting period was too much for me. Maybe some other time I will try again.
Wish I could give 0 stars just for the contradicting information. Ordered as a gift based on the date for 20th february. Information stated shipping was 8-18 working days. This fits alongside the information within the faq section that states delivery takes 8-18 days however when contacting customer support as we are on day 17 and no information or update other than the fact it's packaged, they are stating that's the timeframe for making the item and just handing it to the shipping company rather than delivery. Been given the expected delivery date of 2nd-10th March. Do not have much hope of the delivery actually arriving, £200 down and nothing to show for it.
Every item arrived as pictured, and carefully packaged. The detail and quality are exquisite. Customer service is great too, they replied quickly and honestly to my inquiries. I think the best part is that all the materials and gemstones are both ethically/sustainably sourced. Somehow adds an ethereal feeling while wearing this goddess worthy jewlery. The moonstones are captivating when the light hits them just right.
Purchased 2 rings and within 4 wears, the pearl in one ring and a stone in the other fell out. These were worn during casual use. Gorgeous rings with disappointing craftsmanship.
Purchased my mum a number of items as she loved Moon Magic and had bought pieces from there herself. Only worn a handful of times for special occasions and one of the larger stones fell out. We contacted Moon Magic to see if there was any way we could get a replacement stone, but they said it was out of warranty and offered a 20% discount code. Considering there is always a discount on their site the code isn’t worth much, and only lasts for 3 months. Would urge others to not use the site. Customer service was poor and items are not the standard they claim to be. Rubbish
I placed an order with a company on December 3rd, 2025, expecting delivery within 8–16 business days, which meant I should have received it by December 26. On that date, the tracking status changed to "Delivered to local carrier," and then the situation stalled. I reached out to the local carrier multiple times. They responded quickly and confirmed they never received the package—no scans, no physical items, no handoff. However, the company refused to acknowledge this. For over two weeks, I tried contacting the company through:
- live chat
- emails
- various support agents Each time, I received the same generic responses:
"Your case has been forwarded to the team"
"We are waiting for shipping"
"You will be contacted soon"
"We have contacted the shipping company, but they have not responded; you will be contacted soon"
The word 'soon' seemed to be their go-to phrase. After 15 days of no progress, the local carrier confirmed the package was lost. I provided them with the necessary screenshots as instructed, but the company refused to issue a refund and kept repeating the same scripted messages. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift, and it ended up being a disappointment. I'm still waiting for the promised updates, which never came. They never offered a timeline, proof of shipment, or real-time communication with the carrier, nor did they take any responsibility. In contrast, the local carrier replied to me within 1–2 hours each time, proving that the company was not fulfilling their obligations and was misleading me just to retain my payment. After 15 days without any movement, the company still refused to issue a refund and continued with automated replies instead of addressing the issue. At that point, it was clear the package was lost, and I had to file a chargeback with my bank. This is more than just a shipping delay; it reflects a lack of accountability. If your order goes missing, expect to be stuck in a cycle of generic responses without receiving any real assistance. This has been one of the worst online experiences I've had in the last decade, and I typically order over 3000 packages each year. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

The representative was very communicative and apologized for the delay, explaining it was their busiest season. I reassured her that I wasn't in a rush, and the team could take their time. This was truly one of the best customer service experiences I've had! Kudos to the team, and I look forward to receiving my pieces soon!
