I’ve purchased some jeans before and they are very comfortable and nice. The price is not worth it tho… like when it comes to quality. When I bumped into a drawer handle and it literally snagged my jeans so easily making a hole as if I ripped it. My first pair were some black jeans and they wore out after two wears. Also I wasn’t able to return some jeans because they didn’t offer returns in my country. And the zippers of the jeans are so flimsy you’d think you’ll get something better for that price.

This is not my first time ordering from FITJEANS—their jeans are amazing. Yes, they’re pricey, but absolutely worth the cost. Unfortunately, this time, not time to purchase. I gad bad experience this time my package arrived in a half-open box, which immediately seemed odd since jeans are always shipped in a bag. When I opened it, I discovered a craft cutting board instead of my jeans.
Naturally, I was upset and stress I did not spend $154 to receive a $24 cutting board. I was worried about how long it would take to investigate the issue or even get a refund.
Thankfully, Josephine stepped in and handled everything right away. She did her research, resolved the issue promptly, and made the entire process stress-free. She did not make this difficult at all, and her positive attitude truly stood out.
This is exactly the kind of customer service that makes a huge difference she absolutely nailed it and truly deserves recognition (and a raise!).

They fit like a glove. I chose the size small, and initially, they didn't seem like they'd fit well. However, once I tried them on, they embraced my curves beautifully, and I felt incredibly comfortable. I'm absolutely in love with them!
The jeans I received were not as described; they only had fake front pockets, which was not mentioned. The return process is also frustrating, as they ask numerous questions and seem to encourage exchanges instead of straightforward returns.
I ordered two pairs of the same jeans in different sizes from the company. Unfortunately, neither pair fit well, so I returned both in the original packaging. However, I only received a refund for one pair. When I reached out to the support team to inquire about the missing refund, they stated they only received one pair and could only refund that. I requested a reconsideration of the situation since I returned both, but they said there was nothing they could do. Now, I am out 80 euros (not including shipping costs) and without a pair of jeans. I cannot recommend ordering from this company.
