So far I enjoy the site, put in for my first redemption today and says up to three days.... will update as soon as I something hits my account or at the end of the 3 days to reflect outcome

I requested my first redemption last night and reached out to customer service for an update today, and was told I should have it within 24 hours of the request. We're at 21 hours now, so I'll change my star rating to 5 if the redemption goes through as promised, and lower it if not. Will update soon (I hope).Update: I received my redemption. I reached out to customer service at the 24 hour mark and had it within an hour. Would recommend this site!
I’m giving a 3 star review as of now just until I receive my redemption and once I do I’ll update it to 5 stars. Overall it’s a really awesome site it’s got a lot of fun games and good bonuses an offers. I love it I just hope my first redemption goes through smooth and if so I’ll update it to 5 stars.
I spent maybe a little over $10-15 on this app which one of the purchases came with daily free spins for a certain amount of days, I’m not able to play the game offered and i, for the life of me, cannot get ANYBODY to message me back or help me resolve this issue. Their customer support team isn’t very responsive.Update 02/11/26- I logged on today and was able to choose a different game for my free spins and actually got to play them. I’m at least happy about that.
If I could give zero stars or a negative rating I would. This site is just as fake and just as much of a scam as any of them based in Hong Kong. Moonprize lavishluck cool spins etc etc….all are the same corporation and all frauds. I actually hit over $54,000 in winnings on this site, and guess how much they paid me? $2800. Because they made up some excuse about not being able to connect to my bank and blah blah blah and I can only do 1500 at a time with of course fees for processing and then of course, when I log back in after I get two redemptions my balance is zero they wiped it clean and they will not respond.l to anything you can’t talk to anybody there’s no customer service. This is beyond pathetic. I am pissed off.
