Review Time
I've had TWO bad experiences. The first time, I tried to return some dresses that I thought looked nice but turned out to be very cheaply made in tacky fabric. I was told there was no way to return the clothes unless I paid to mail them to China. They said I could keep the dresses (which I gave away) and they would do a partial refund for store credit only. I finally agreed and they gave me a voucher for $190 that has NEVER worked on their site worked on their site despite multiple complaints. So, nominally they game me some of my money back to spend with them - and then they won't let me use it!
The second time was when I tried to use the voucher and the site wouldn't let me input the number - but immediately charged my credit card!! I tried to cancel the order, but there is no button on the site to allow you to do that. Their instructions say that if you cancel within 20 minutes, they will cancel the order. I wrote them within 10 minutes and got a message saying they were busy and would get back to me within 48 hours - at which time the message was they they had processed my order and couldn't stop it. So, I took the clothes and donated them (which is what I intended to do with the clothes from the voucher).
Essentially, this place is a SCAM!! I intend to let the world know that NO ONE should do business with this organization. They could care less about their customers and are out to take you for all they can.
I found the information provided about the boots to be very accurate and straightforward. Initially, I had my doubts, but I truly loved their appearance and fit. Given my history of multiple leg surgeries, I needed something comfortable, and these are the best I've ever worn. I'm considering purchasing another pair in a gray color. The only downside was the delivery time, which took about 2.5 weeks. Otherwise, I'm extremely satisfied with the service.
This company is awful. The clothing and boots are poorly made and won't last a month. I'm trying to return them in original packaging and completely unused, but I’m getting the runaround. I wish I had read the reviews before buying. Caution is advised!
I purchased orthopedic boots, but they lack any orthopedic features and have no cushioning. When I attempted to return them, they only offered a 50% store credit, and if I pushed for a full refund, they provided an international address, fully aware that the shipping costs would exceed the value of the boots.
