Great tracker and brilliant customer support. Had two faulty cards, contacted support and SpotMinders Customer Service Team were brilliant in resolving my issue.
After reviewing the issue, they stood by their Lifetime Guarantee and had replacement cards in the mail for immediate delivery. From previous experience with other companies warranty and guarantee promises, I was expecting the "brush-off". But not so, it is such a pleasure dealing with a company that fulfils their promise and Guarantee. I commend you.

I bought key ring & wallet trackers for myself & my good lady and we have found them so easy to set up. They are so easy th use on the Find My app on your phone or tablet.
We recommend them to a family member as one of their parents has memory issues & getting worse. So now they can track their dads stuff & never loose keys or wallet again. The wallet cards are rechargeable & the key ring fob uses a 2032 button battery. On the find my app it shows the battery strength. So glad these came into our lives.
I purchased the tracking cards x 3 for Christmas presents and the kids love them, I can find my phone even when it’s flat now! I purchased the passport tracker too, and when it didn’t link properly Raymond was so helpful, stepped me through everything, and ordered the replacement for me straight away, when the restart process didn’t fix it, so happy with the products AND service, I’ll be a repeat customer for sure!
